Emerald 1-Year Limited Warranty


Warranty Period: 1 Years from the Date of Purchase


Emerald is committed to providing quality and satisfaction to our customers. We proudly offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from Emerald or authorized resellers.

Emerald reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time without notice.

What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Emerald will repair or replace at no charge products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
● Damage due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
● Normal wear and tear
● Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that do not affect product functionality
● Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
● Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or second-hand sales


Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emerald shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
